If I like your site, sure. Just fill out a contact form, and I'll take a look. Siblings are very special to me. So, if I have no clue as to who you are, then no, I won't accept you. If you're a good friend of mine, I'll probably accept.

Absolutely not! Use you own space for uploading images.
• Can I use the layout you're using on Enchanted-Dreamz.net?
No. I make the layouts used by E-D.net for E-D.net. Those designs are to only be used by me. However, you can use the ones located in the layout section.
• What's a PNG? What's it for?
A PNG is an image with the background removed. PNGs are used in many different types of graphics, usually layouts or wallpapers.
• Will you make me a layout?
I used to make custom layouts for people, but I no longer have the time to do so.
• Will you teach me html or how to make ___?
No. I do not have the time to tutor anyone on anything. Try using a search engine to find some tutorials on whatever it is that you need to learn.
