2. Must be unique and decent. Meaning, I don't want porn or copied layouts.
3. Provide a thumbnail for the layout that is 200×125px.
4. Send all layouts in a .zip file.
5. You must provide any credit in the layout if you used resources from another person or site.
6. Layouts must be your own creation. No copying codes and stealing.
7. Please have the index page in either .htm or .html format. Also, all lowercase. No INDEX.htm or Index.html.
8. Do not submit a layout that contains errors. Yes, I know that we are all humans and make mistakes, but that's why you double check.
9. Layouts must fit 800×600 resolution. It must not scroll, unless it's a side-scrolling layout.

1. I don't limit the size on PNGs, because they are always rather large.
2. Provide a thumbnail that is 150×100 px.

4. Don't submit small PNGs, like 100×200 or something. It's a waste of space. I prefer about 500px in width or height and larger.
